About Carbon Stories

Carbon is a creative studio rooted in intentional storytelling, curiosity, and human connection. We produce photo, video, and brand content that’s driven by thoughtful design and fueled by a team of creators who care about the work and each other.

The Role: Creative Support

We’re looking for someone thoughtful, proactive, and kind to join us in a part-time, contract role supporting both our creative workflow and our internal culture. As our Creative Support, you’ll check in weekly with our Carbon Creators content creators and project managers to see what they’re working on, help keep projects flowing, and make sure everything aligns with our internal systems. You’ll also review content before it’s released to ensure it meets our quality standards and just as importantly, you’ll be a listening ear, creating space for honest conversation and team well-being. This is not a management role it’s a support role, built on care, clarity, and quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Host weekly 1:1 check-ins with each Carbon Creator

  • Review project tasks in Asana and identify where support or clarity is needed

  • Help keep projects moving by making sure assets, approvals, and timelines are in place

  • Watch final content (video, photo, social) via Vimeo or Google Drive, and offer feedback on quality and clarity

  • Note and share helpful insights on how our process is working or where it’s not

  • Listen for team pain points, blockers, or culture feedback, and communicate them to leadership.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Enjoy helping creatives stay focused, supported, and clear

  • Have an eye for detail and know how to give kind, useful feedback

  • Are familiar with creative workflows (especially in photo/video)

  • Are organized, observant, and a strong communicator

  • Use (or are comfortable learning) tools like Asana, Google Drive, Miro, and Vimeo

  • Care about both the work and the people making it
