CARBON STORIES 2025 BLOCK PARTY VENDOR FORM

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for CARBON STORIES’ 2025 BLOCK PARTY!

It’s one of our biggest initiatives and contributions to the West Side. The main purpose for the party is to bring the community together with music, vendors and we’ve had much success in the past years of doing so. Through building an environment of fun engagement and collaboration, local residents and companies will be able to build a relationship. Another reason for this event is for Carbon Stories to give back to the community that we have found our home in.

THINGS FOR YOU TO NOTE AS A VENDOR

• DATE: SATURDAY JUNE 14TH, 2025

• TIME: 2:00pm - 6:00pm

• Set up for vendors will be between 1-2pm. Please take the adequate time within that hour to set up.

• Tear down for vendors will be 6-7pm.

• We do not charge our vendors to pop up. We just ask that you do your part in spreading the word!

• You must supply your setup needs. (Table, chairs, racks, etc.)

• You will have limited access to a power source if needed.

• Vendors will receive an email with the promotional graphics once they are created. There will also be posts leading up to the Block Party in which you may be tagged in. Spaces will be first come first served. If you need any special accommodations please reach out at layah@carbonstories.us.
